We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Referral Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be the key link between our hospital and referring healthcare providers, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of doctors and neighboring health facilities. You will be integral in managing patient referrals, ensuring timely communication, and expediting appointments and test results to ensure your patients receive exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Manage patient referral processes, including follow-ups on test results and appointments.
- Drive awareness and satisfaction among referring providers through regular visits and communication.
- Collaborate closely with our clinical and customer care teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Identify opportunities for new referral partnerships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the private healthcare sector is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A background in sales or relationship management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
